A: We search, literally, the world over for the highest quality goods made with the most durable materials available at the best price. We then work directly with the manufacturer to procure the goods and have them sent to fulfillment center in Connecticut. As a result, you get very high quality and cool gear at the fantastic prices!

Q: When will you ship my items?

A: We receive and process orders on a daily basis with most orders leaving one of our warehouses the next day for delivery to you.When you receive them depends on which shipping method you chose. Almost all orders are received with 3-5 days of ordering.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

Q: When will my items arrive?

A: Delivery time will depend on the method of shipping that you choose. Standard Shipping, Fast Shipping, and Fastest Shipping are available for your selection during checkout. 

Q: Where are my items coming from?

A: Our items are shipped from our Fulfillment Centers located on the east coast of the United States. 

Q: Will my items be sent in one package?

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?

A: We are only able to ship within the United States at this time, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q: The coupon code I saw advertised on Facebook is showing as invalid during checkout? What's up with that?

A: Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. If a coupon code is invalid that means the promotion has expired. 

Q: How do you determine your "Compared To" prices?

A: We get these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: No. We only only offer products for retail purchase.
